Against March 2026, the average sale price rose $37,179 (+7.8%) to $515,846. Sales rose from 747 to 822 (+10.0%). Active listings rose from 3,601 to 4,444, the 2nd consecutive monthly rise. Months of inventory moved from 4.8 to 5.4, above the 3.9 of April 2025: more supply relative to sales than a year earlier, which is the time a financing condition needs.
